Hayk is a quantitative researcher and a founder of SharpeMachine, LLC (USA), a registered investment advisory, offering algorithmic strategies. He believes that talent and leadership can be cultivated. He is passionate about forming learning environments where students and everyone involved will grow working together and eventually be able to transform the communities. Along with others Hayk shaped the vision of Nor Hayq in 2021 and is eager to call like-minded people to the expanding community. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of the American University of Armenia, Yerevan State University, and Norwegian School of Economics. Hayk repatriated to Armenia with his family in fall 2021 after residing in the USA for 6 years.
Smbat is a mathematician and physicist with 15+ years of experience in the field of general education and higher education. He was the founder of an IT organization, the designer of complex technical systems, the founder of the Square education system, the leader of the schoolchildren's Olympic clubs.
Nune is a Sociologist, Co-Founder of Switzerland - Armenia Chamber of Commerce and founder of M.CoNexus executive coaching company in Switzerland. Nune is an executive and leadership coach, she partners with teams and organizations to unlock their full potential. Nune worked in leadership positions in private, public and international organizations and possesses strong experience forming, motivating, and leading teams. Nune has designed trainings and group coaching sessions for educational, health, law enforcement, IT and other sectors. She believes in the effectiveness of “coach-approach” in virtually every interdisciplinary environment. Nune joined Nor Hayq in 2021 coordinating the inception of the Educational Excellence Center as well as contributing with her professional network.
Ani is an educational psychologist and doctor of philosophy in organizational studies and cultural theory. Her research interests include educational corruption and educational management. Ani enthusiastically seeks for better ways to improve education and learning in Armenia. She is also very passionate about the psychological science of well-being. Ani joined Nor Hayq in the fall of 2020 and contributed to the birth and development of the Educational Excellence Center. Ani's course - "Student 2.0 - the science of happy learning" is based on positive psychology and the science of effective learning. Ani believes that in the right environment human potential can stretch to its limits and grow. Nor Hayq enables her to help Armenian students to embrace their unique potential and flourish.
Erik is a business development professional and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO at Rooqet LLC, a B2B sales, customer support and digital marketing outsourcing company focusing on creative and tech products. Erik joined Nor Hayq in late 2020 and has been the acting volunteer CEO, managing all aspects of forming and shaping the organization. He's been closely involved with developing the initial technology infrastructure and building Nor Hayq's brand. Erik brings a broad network of Armenian entrepreneurs and business leaders as well as strong background in Sales, Marketing and Crowdfunding.
David is an EdTech entrepreneur with 10+ years in California Higher Education and 8 years in the California Coordinated Transportation industry. David is a technology architect and business leader with deep knowledge of current Mega-trends and Information Technology landscape. David has joined Nor Hayq in late 2020 and helps the organization with technology, marketing and operations, offering strong business background, augmented with an entrepreneurial mindset. David brings a broad network of Silicon Valley and Armenia-based entrepreneurs, business and technology leaders. David believes that Nor Hayq will be the foundation for new educational excellence and collaboration in Armenia and the fertile ground for developing and nurturing a globally competitive workforce.
